Let us help you host your next group dining event! We have been serving group dining events for over 20 years. We know how to serve a multi-course meal to a group without being invasive, while still giving top-notch service. We recommend serving our seasonal Chef’s Tasting to really wow your guests. Our Chef’s Tasting keeps everyone in your group on the same timing, while still allowing for flexibility to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. The Chef’s Tasting also allows each of your guests to choose their own full-size entree, and also to taste their way through the seasonal highlights of our menu!
We offer multiple private dining spaces to accommodate various group sizes, ranging from 5 guests all the way up to 75 guests. Please see below to find the best room to fit your upcoming event. We are also more than happy to show you around if you would like to see the spaces in person to get a better feel for each room.
East Balcony
With east-facing, second story views of our majestic Wasatch Mountains, our East Balcony provides the perfect private dining space for up to 20 guests. This is a long narrow galley type space with a long rectangular table running the length of the room. Seating consists of a bench along one side of the table, and chairs along the other side. This room is great for presentation meetings, with a screen set up at one end, no guests will have their back to the presenter. This room is also great for intimate dining events where you want the entire group to sit at one large table and engage in conversation. Our East Balcony is our most private space, fully enclosed with walls and doors.
Our Panorama Room is aptly named for its second story 180 degree views! Guests in this room will enjoy East and North facing views of both Mount Ogden and Mount Ben Lomond, along with the charming downtown intersection of Historic 25th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The Panorama Room seats up to 30 guests at tables of 4 to 10 people each. This room can be closed off from the dining room with heavy tapestry for privacy.
Dining Room
Our Dining Room can accommodate up to 75 guests and includes the Panorama Room and the North Balcony. This room can be reserved for large private functions and there would be no other guests passing through your space, as all other guests would be seated in our Lounge for the duration of your event.
Our prohibition style lounge is named after the Utah Law, Title 32B, which is also known as the “Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.” This space consists of our mixing bar, along with 4-top booths, cozy couches, and bistro tables. This space seats up to 40 guests, and is great for drinks and appetizer style dining events, but also works well for full dinner events where Chef’s Tastings would be served. This room can be reserved for private functions and there would be no other guests passing through the space, as all other guests would be seated in the Dining Room for the duration of your event.
